Fixed Sentinel Mech pipes and Bolter Barrels

I simply wanted to share my solution for the sentinel pipes, which were previously too narrow to produce a satisfactory output. Thankfully, the modification still maintains an attractive appearance while now printing effectively. Additionally, I encountered difficulties with the Bolter design submitted by andralex10, whose barrels proved too slender. To rectify this issue, I increased their thickness accordingly.
