A tough set of fixed handcuffs to detain. Built with minimal hardware, easily available at any hardware store. Although not intended to replace metal cuffs, these are a tough cheap alternative that can be produced at home. If you're a frequent user of cuffs, with these file, the parts can be reprinted and multiple cuffs made. The cuffs ratchet closed and are released by a standard handcuff key and no other way and can be double locked. The cuffs can be tethered by a padlock hole in the centre.
