The initial gears by Stoffel15 caused slight interference due to differing helix angles between large and small gears. In the previous design, the large gear's helix rotated 200º/47 and grew 5.5mm upward, while the small gear's helix rotated 200º/9 and grew 6.25mm. To resolve this, both gears now have matched helices; the large gear retains its original definition, and the small gear's helix rotation is adjusted to (200º/9) * (6.25/5.5). The updated files include modified SCAD and two Autodesk Inventor part files with an xls parameters configuration file. In the revised design, Inventor introduces a small clearance in the tooth's hollow (tooth 19/40, recess 21/40), while maintaining a backlash of 0 in SCAD, as per the original design.
