Fixed feet and shin guards for Super_Old_and_Preachy_Boxy_Robot_with_Badass_Beating_Stick

I recently ran another print on those models and noticed that the shins are now colliding with the feet, which led me to update the footprints with a slightly elevated mounting point. This should resolve the issue, but I haven't printed out the new ones yet, so I left the original ones in place for now.
