Fixed economical drawers shelf

The original shelf wasn't sized right, so I re-measured it, fixed some thin walls that weren't lining up, and corrected the mismatched geometry while keeping those wild overhangs intact. Be warned: this design has extremely steep overhangs that will be tough to print without supports, and you'll need to do a lot of retractions along the way.
