Mounts to maintain the maximum heated bed level at exactly 18mm. Original springs must remain in position, but screws can be loosened. The springs ensure the buildplate stays within 18mm limits of the mounts, preventing it from rising above 18mm. Meanwhile, springs allow downward movement to prevent printhead damage or destruction of the glass buildplate. Important points for taking pictures: 1) Show printed mounts 2) Mark spot using a 4mm drill (on opposite side of spring in front of each print tower) 3) Drill a 3mm hole (largest drill that can fit into my dremel) 4) Widen to 4mm (done by hand, as OLP's plastic is not very hard) 5 & 6) Place washers (18mm diameter, 1.5mm thick, two pieces per mount) 7 & 8) Mount and secure inside the bottom structure (must be compact) Calibrate bed manually using g-codes (see Dreammaker forum, thanks to Louis). And the heated bed has remained level for over two months now. I personally reversed the screws (unscrew from top, insert from bottom) so they hold the heated bed firmly in its correct x-y position.
