This is a comprehensive collection of components for a DIY printer build. The list includes essential parts such as a Duet WiFi board, which enables wireless connectivity and control of the printing process. A high-capacity power supply rated at 24 volts provides stable energy to the system. A bed heater with a large surface area (400mm x 400mm) and a powerful AC rating (700 watts) is included for precise temperature control during the printing process. The motor section features one NEMA 23 board-compatible motor, which is perfect for high-torque applications, along with three NEMA 17 motors that offer efficient performance in various movements. Both types of motors are ideal for smooth and accurate printer operation. In terms of motion control, a close-loop belt system (2500mm long) with a small pitch (10mm) ensures precise movement and alignment. Additionally, a longer belt (5000mm) provides extra flexibility and range for complex prints. Linear rails play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the printer. Five MGN15H linear rails are included to ensure effortless sliding motion, providing accurate positioning and minimizing wear on moving parts. The frame of the printer consists of five extruded bars (8 feet long, 2020 profile) that provide sturdy support for the printer's components. Four T8 lead screws with a length of 550mm are used for precise control over the printing process. Two aluminum plates, each measuring 18 inches by 18 inches and 6mm thick, offer a solid base for the printer. A glass sheet (also 18" x 18", 6mm thick) provides an additional layer of protection against damage from thermal expansion or other external factors. A Titan extruder is included for efficient material handling and feeding during the printing process. The Volcano block serves as a critical component in maintaining stable temperatures within the printer's hotend assembly. The rod selection includes one 24-inch-long, 8mm-diameter rod that provides the necessary support for the printer's moving components. Six KP08 bearings are included to reduce friction and ensure smooth movement throughout the system. Three cable chains (1000mm long) help manage cables and keep them organized within the printer. An inductive probe is used for precise measurement and control during the printing process. An SSR AC relay, accompanied by a heatsink, enables safe and efficient operation of the bed heater. Three limit switches are included to detect the position of the print head or other moving parts, ensuring accurate alignment and preventing damage. Lastly, eight aluminum corner links (3-way) help maintain structural integrity and provide easy assembly options for the printer's frame. A total of seven 40-tooth GT2 pulleys and three 20-tooth GT2 pulleys are included for precise control over the printing process. Two idler pulleys complete the system, providing smooth operation and reducing wear on moving components during prolonged use.
