Fixed AR drone 2.0 propellor
thingiverse
Bellbm originally created the props; my task was merely to refine them. However, I strongly advise against printing your own AR drone propellers. The flight controller is extremely sensitive to imbalance, which can cause the drone to shut down mid-flight. To obtain both sides of the fixed scanned propeller, use ReplicatorG to mirror this image. This file represents the rear right propeller after printing and fitting; therefore, for front left and rear right, use this file, and mirror it for front right and rear left. For optimal results, print with minimal infill and shells, aiming for approximately 3.3 grams per blade. If necessary, adjust the weight and balance using a digital scale or sandpaper. This will be an ongoing experiment.
