Although I'm aware there are many spool rollers available, I decided to make one myself just for kicks. It comes equipped with a fixed guide rail where the brackets can be adjusted to fit any spool width. You'll need 4 of those standard 608ZZ bearings. No screws or nuts required - it's plug and play with some flexibility between the parts. This design should accommodate all types of spools in terms of width and diameter. Supports are needed below the brackets for stability. I made this part using PETG from a reputable supplier, https://www.3dpsp.de/, which has been my go-to material for all my printer components. I found it to be quite easy to process, producing a sturdy end product with no issues related to adhesion. The colours are vibrant and the price is reasonable, making it a great choice for this project.
