The benefits include: * Guiding the Z-axis rod and preventing its wobbling * Eliminating all friction noises in the upper part * Allowing the Z-axis rod to be removed or installed by passing it through the bearing, without disassembling other parts This also offers the possibility of redistributing the weight (carriages X) that is currently borne by the lower motor mounts, provided you use longer threaded rods and secure nuts in the upper part.
