Fix It Felix Jr Hammer

In this project, we'll show you how you can add sound effects to your cosplay props! This idea was sparked by Fix-It-Felix Jr.'s golden hammer from the Disney movie Wreck-It-Ralph. We designed the hammer with 3D printing and electronics in mind. A pushbutton is mounted on the handle and triggers a variety of sound effects each time it's pressed. The speaker is attached to the head of the hammer, while the battery and breakout boards are fitted inside the handle. There are six total pieces that snap together. Each part is hollow and requires no support material. You can 3D print the parts yourself or send the files to a service like 3DHubs to have them printed and shipped to you.
