We'll be showing you how to add sound effects to your cosplay props in this project! This was inspired by Fix-It-Felix Jr.'s golden hammer from the Disney movie Wreck-It-Ralph. We designed the hammer with 3D printing and electronics in mind, optimizing it for a seamless build process. A pushbutton is mounted on the handle, triggering an array of sound effects every time you press it. The speaker is positioned at the head of the hammer, while the battery and breakout boards are neatly fitted inside the handle. This project consists of six pieces that snap together easily. Each part is hollow and requires no support material, making it perfect for 3D printing at home or outsourcing to a service like 3DHubs.
