Fix for Drying Rack

The flimsy hanger rods are seriously weakly spot welded to the tube frame, and often snap off on this specific low-budget drying rack (check last image). This modification helps fix it, but be aware that it won't carry as much weight, since the rods won't be securely fastened horizontally, and will bend out of their holes. You might possibly rectify this by drilling through the clip (and the rod), and fitting a thin bolt through the hole. I haven't taken the time to do this, as it works okay like this too. Works for racks with 12 mm frame tubing and 4 mm rods. Printed in PETG.
