Fix for broken snips holder on "Ender 3 tool holder (No Extra Screws needed)"

Immediately after printing Baggi0's Ender 3 tool holder (no extra screws needed), the hook for the snips snapped off, so this is a quick and dirty fix to reattach a hook to the tool holder. The hook was taken from the original model and modified by me to fit perfectly. You'll need to smooth down the peg a bit to get it to fit snugly into the hole.
