Fix For 02 Chevy Silverado Headrest

So my headrest kept moving to the farthest position and it was driving me crazy. I tore it apart and discovered that these plastic pieces had degraded and broken over time. These new ones I've made to replace them worked like a charm. I'm back to having a functioning headrest. This should work in any older model Silverado, mine is a 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500HD with the three-position headrest. I threw in two old pictures so you can reassemble if you forgot where parts go, like I often do. I printed these at 100% infill - .2 height - zigzag pattern - with supports. If you use PLA, make sure to anneal it. UPDATE: Okay, so they haven't been lasting long. I've tried annealing the material and other things, but between the pressure of the spring and the heat on the inside of the vehicle during the day, I continuously suffer failure with the material. After around two days at most they bend and warp to the point where they can no longer be used. At this point, I've moved to reconstructing the old factory ones so they work again. If you have any ideas on making this work out, let me know. I'm testing a new design that's held up for a week now in temperatures ranging from 160 to 180 degrees. A few more days and I'll post the repair. As always, tips are greatly appreciated!
