Fix filament Jam issue with E3D V6 by changing full metal 1.75 mm throat to 4.1 mm bore throat
thingiverse
Hello friends, In my setup recently I switched from direct drive to bowden setup with E3D v6 hotend. The hotend that I bought had a 1.75mm full metal throat. While printing, the filament kept jamming and prints were getting wasted. I was fed up with this problem and adjusted retraction settings but the issue remained the same. I thank Mr. Andre_action on Instagram for helping me understand the problem. Now I changed the throat to a 4.1mm bore. The video showing how I did it is uploaded to YouTube; check out the link below. Now, the problem is completely solved and my printer is printing smoothly.
