After 2 years of extensive testing on 3 different Ender 3's (not really, just printing normally without any problems) i present to you: the best bang for the buck direct-drive extruder upgrade you could ever make to your Ender 3/CR10/CR20/Ender 2/CR7/Ender 5 3D printer!With this you won't have to use those crappy pneumatic fittings anymore, will just need to cut that PTFE tube, wich will be fully guided by this extruder body and kept between the extruder body and the printer's nozzle (or the heatbreak if you upgrade your heatbreak so the PTFE tube doesn't go up to the nozzle anymore). With this setup, you'll have THE SMALLEST FILAMENT PATH POSSIBLE from the extruder gear to the nozzle, haven't had a clogged nozzle or chewed filament in a while now. As you can see, this extruder body is extremely optimized for printing with flexible materials. This was made to be used in conjunction with the Direct Drivinator, go download and print that too.
