My vehicle's mirrors didn't match the new car's mirrors. The caravan mirror just fell off due to its shape, and the rubber cushion always ended up at an angle without gripping. One of the originals is shown on one of the photos. So I made a new cushion that fits better with the mirrors. I created a test printed in PLA, which actually works fine, but I'm afraid the hard surface will scratch the paint, so I made this one using Ninja Semiflex filament instead. I used 50% infill for it. Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Infill: 50 Notes: Filament: Ninja Semiflex Printing temperature: 220 degrees Celsius Bed temperature: 40 degrees Celsius Shell thickness: 1.2 mm Print speed: 50 mm/s Bottom layer speed: 20 mm/s Infill speed: 50 mm/s Top/bottom speed: 15 mm/s Outer shell speed: 15 mm/s Inner shell speed: 30 mm/s
