Fitness Tracker Labyrinth Gift Box A relative of mine will get a fitness tracker as present for christmas. He should choose the exakt model himself. Therefore I made this box to hold the gift card/coupon. The puzzle and the box The puzzle is made with the fabolous puzzle box creater from https://www.me.uk/puzzlebox/. Thanks to RevK! I changed the scad files slightly, so the cards fit nicely. The inner cylinder, to store the gift card is 110mm deep and has a diameter of 40mm. The cards I designed four different cards, so you can imagine what the gift may be. What device is able to show the time, measure your blood oxygen / pulse, give you directions and show you the height? Correct: A smart watch or fitness tracker. The cards are designed with 0,6mm height base and multiple layers with different colors. The map for example: The first three layers a printed with grey PLA for the background, Layer 4 ist printed in blue for the river, Layer 5 & 6 in white for the streets and Layer 7 & 8 in red give the instructions. My cards are designed to be printed in different colors, with a layer height of 0.2mm: For example, the Altimeter: The first layers are in black, followed by grey and last white. I used the Cura plugin Filament Change at Layer x. In order to have a good an clean filament, I recommend, that you add a small 5x5mm box on the bed. Then you configure cura, so the layer change (z seam position) is in that box. With this trick, you can avoid filament blobs on your card. Category: Puzzles
