The band on my Fitbit Surge HR snapped after several years of wear. To prevent the loose strap from getting tangled up, I opted to print a replacement rather than replacing the entire watch, since the band is not designed to be repaired. Using PLA as the printing material initially yielded results, but the resulting band was too stiff and caused discomfort against my skin. A reprint in TPU eliminated this issue, and after six months of use, the new band has proven remarkably resilient.
