Fitbit Surge Band Ring
thingiverse
Wife needed a replacement band ring for her Fitbit Surge, so I designed and printed this new part using my Ninjaflex material. After testing it, the fit was perfect - my wife was thrilled, and the belt grooves ensured the new ring stayed in place without sliding around. I used my XYZ Da Vinci 1.0A printer to create the replacement band ring. Here are the print settings I chose: Printer: XYZ Da Vinci 1.0A Rafts: None Supports: Yes, for added stability Resolution: 0.2mm for precise details Infill: 30% for a strong yet lightweight finish Notes: For this project, I used Ninjaflex filament and set my extruder temperature to 260c. The bed was kept at 20c.
