Fitbit Inspire 2 strap retaining clip
thingiverse
The original silicone strap retainer for my Fitbit Inspire 2 broke, so naturally I designed and printed a replacement(or several). The first one I made was functional but I didn't have a radius on the edge so it was not the most comfortable, the second design is much more comfortable, and Bolder. I also experimented with a continuous design however when I resumed the print after inserting the band some of my filament oozed out and therefor I had some layers that were underextruded causing a weakness as seen in the photos. This could probably be overcome by being a bit faster, modifying the gcode manually or advancing the extruder manually. It may not even be an issue on direct drive systems and could probably be installed after if printing in TPU but I am happy wearing clip 2 daily. I sized it for the Inspire 2 but you may be able to scale it in your slicer to fit all makes and models of watch. This may affect your radius however the radius is small enough it likely won't make much difference. YMMV. The inside dimensions are 6*18mm Happy Printing!
