Fitbit Force rash preventer
thingiverse
This Fitbit Force user suffered from rash but designed a protective cap in Sketchup. The cap fits at the back of the wristband and covers charging port. A printed version (v7) suits perfectly, although it didn't resolve rash issue related to screws. It offers skin protection against charging port, but without guarantees for skin reaction prevention. Print with a few shells and best resolution like 0.1mm; infill effect is uncertain. Sanding after printing enhances comfort. Both upright print with raft and back print work well.
