The Fitbit Flex is an excellent movement tracker, featuring a compact device that records daily motion, sleep patterns, etc. Worn on a stylish wristband, it's constructed using three glued pieces; however, mine detached, prompting me to design and print a replacement. I also upgraded with a carrying box for the FitBit band, ensuring better link clearance and utilising profhankd's printable hinge. For customisation, measure your wrist circumference in meters, choose preferred link spacing, and use opaque or transparent filament for printing. Aesthetically pleasing in smoke grey and white PLA, the front layer should be 0.5mm thick, requiring a 0.2mm layer height during slicing. Print one box bottom and top, line with felt pieces, and place the Fitbit band inside before gifting to a friend.
