FitBit clip on holder
thingiverse
I bought replacement FitBit wristbands really cheap online, but that clip-on holder for belts/clothing is way overpriced for what you get. Here's my take which works quite well: the taper and internal shape perfectly holds the FitBit with precise tension. The clothing clip is printed upside down to ensure the correct grain of the strands of print so it won't snap in use. The holder for the FitBit is printed upright, and the "wings" get trimmed off. I put the two parts together using ABS slurry – this is made from leftover ABS dissolved in acetone (which you can get at the pharmacy to remove stick-on nails) and let it evaporate slightly until it forms a thick paste. I then apply it to glue the two halves together with a cotton swab.
