fit
thingiverse
This is a straightforward test print designed to verify the snug fit of one part within another, given a specified tolerance (defaulting at 0.1mm). It also serves as a means to fine-tune flow rate and output size, resulting in a calibration print almost as instantaneously as possible. The small hexagon measures 3mm in height and 10mm in diameter from tip to tip. The larger hexagon stands 3mm tall, boasts a diameter of 20mm (tip to tip), and spans 17.3mm from flat wall to opposing wall. For calibration purposes, I recommend against using this test print for Z steps/mm calibrations. Instead, employ other methods tailored specifically for that task.
