Fiskars Craft Knife Cover
thingiverse
I'm really fond of the Fiskars take on the #11 XActo knife - it's got some drawbacks, but its weighty, heavy-duty design and excellent performance for my larger hands more than make up for them. The clear cap that comes with it is a letdown, though - it flails around wildly and falls off with barely a touch. What's worse is that this cap has a distinctive ridge inside that's supposed to index into the trough below the blade holder like the original, but it holds on far too loosely. I've included the Fusion 360 file so you can make your own adjustments as needed.
