This is a "must have" if you fish... there's nothing worse than seeing discarded fishing line while out fishing or laying in the bottom of your boat. Discarded line can also impose a threat to wildlife. These are a few waste line collectors that can easily be printed to help contain any waste line you may have (or find) while out fishing. The larger version uses two 6/32"x1/8" set screws to hold the barrel in place, securing it firmly within the body. The smaller one, on the other hand, simply snaps together - but be careful, as the tabs are fragile and can break easily. Both versions utilize a piece of hook from sticky back Velcro to grip the line tightly. A split ring or clip can be inserted into the top while printing for added convenience. To use, simply hold the line against the hole and spin the barrel to wind in the waste line. This works perfectly whether you have long or short pieces of discarded line. When the collector is full, remove it from the body and cut along the groove of the barrel to release the old line. It's as simple as that.
