My own take on Breakaway Escape Links... https://www.garryevans.co.uk/breakaway-escape-links-12523-p.asp Escape clips are the ultimate rough ground links, featuring a built-in overload adjustable limit that makes them a safe lead release system even for anglers with limited casting abilities. There's no need for weak nylon links, although some experienced anglers set the clip in a light release position and rely on a sturdy nylon weak link as an added precaution. Stainless wire is required to secure these clips (1-1.6mm).
