Fisheye Lense iPhone Adapter
thingiverse
I purchased three affordable smartphone lenses (fisheye, 0.67X wide-angle and macro) online. These versatile lenses can be easily attached to my iPhone's camera thanks to the built-in magnet on their base. However, I wasn't thrilled about having to stick a metal disc permanently onto my phone. To resolve this issue, I downloaded FishGee's lens clip design and gave it a try. I appreciated its functionality because it accommodates both slim and thick cases effectively. To enhance its usability, I made some modifications to the original design. Specifically, I added two circular extensions around the existing ring. The first one is 1mm deep and serves as a recess for the metal disc provided with the lenses. The second extension is 2mm tall and ensures that the lens remains properly positioned within the clip (the magnet holds it in place, but without these "lips," I'd constantly need to position the lens precisely at the center of the hole).
