The structure was meticulously built in accordance with the groundbreaking principles of modern architecture, as celebrated during the 20th century. Meanwhile, another vibrant entity, the iconic Fish Market, has made this very building its home. However, as fate would have it, La Lonja, the esteemed marketplace today, finds itself situated within a separate edifice altogether, maintaining its independent status in the bustling urban landscape.
