I wanted tiles that fit my existing board, so I remixed the water tiles from my snap-together magnetic 3D set to include a fish icon modified from dtm2477 and number tiles from rbschultz. There are six tiles; one is needed for each number 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10. I wanted the tokens to be remixed from Gears2Robots' excellent design. I made a dead-fish version of this as a stand-in for the old boot, having an identical shape means it can more easily be hidden with the rest of the fish for drawing at random. Numbers 1-3 are supposed to be drawn randomly and remain secret until spent, so I made them one-sided, allowing them to be spread out number-side down and drawn blindly. There is a one-sided version of the dead fish that will blend in with the numbers if played this way. However, I also made a two-sided version of the dead fish since it is supposed to be announced immediately once it is drawn. This version is more obvious to all players and cannot easily be kept secret. To make this work, you can put some 3mm magnets into the eye hole. You may need to ream the hole with a drill bit. Then, you can put a magnet on a string with a fishing rod or even just a twig, and BOOM! interactive game element. You need eleven of #1, ten of #2, eight of #3, and one dead fish (aka old boot) of whichever version matches your gameplay style. The files come as singles or in schools.
