The Olympic museum's adjacent park is a vibrant sculpture garden featuring numerous statues celebrating sports. In 2013, we visited Lausanne during the museum's reconstruction phase. Several statues were relocated for restoration and maintenance purposes, while others were temporarily placed in different areas. This particular statue was one of those temporary installations, depicting a fisherman hauling cockles or mussels from the waterside. These datasets have been collected and processed by students enrolled in Prof. Mark Pauly's Digital 3D Geometry Course at EPFL's School of Computer and Communication Sciences in Switzerland.
