Fisher printed arms
thingiverse
THIS IS AN EXPERIMENTAL SECTION The concept of crafting arms with an internal reinforcement structure made from carbon fiber was proposed, so I have rendered this concept as a visual representation. Although I personally haven't attempted to build them myself, I've included the CAD source file, and encourage users to modify it according to their needs, with full permission to report back on their experiences with the assembly. This particular design revolves around utilizing a 3mm carbon rod as the primary axis component. To assemble the parts together, cable ties are utilized in conjunction with a ball-bearing arrangement held secure with additional cable ties for maximum stability.
