I created this fish in Inventor. I printed this using the Thing-O-Bot Automatic: Makerbot Model. My idea was to make this as a keychain.
Instructions
Use the arch and line tool to create the body shape.
Extrude the body of the fish.
On one side of the fish leave no detail, on the other side of the fish.
Create a circle for the eye of the fish and extrude the circle through.
Create eye lashes for the fish if wanted and extrude.
Create any details on the body by extruding in a convex or concave direction.
Once you are finished export the file into a CAD format.
Convert into millimeters and save as an STL file.
Before finishing change scale of fish to your request of size.
Generate GCODE and print on Makerbot.
