I discovered that converting 2D images into 3D images was possible by using pgn-->svg instead of manually recreating them. The Mayan fish glyph is a perfect example of this process. While playing Tzolkʼin and teaching, I noticed that the fishing action space often caused confusion due to its ambiguous nature - it awarded three corn but wasn't a farming action at all. To resolve this issue, I created custom fish token tiles that mirrored the design of the wood and corn tiles used for other actions on the Palenque wheel, making gameplay more intuitive for everyone involved.
