The bones of a fish were visible as it hung from the hook. Its empty scales glistened in the sunlight, and its vertebrae seemed to quiver slightly with each movement. The weight of the tackle attached to its body pulled it slowly back down into the water. Despite being devoid of life, the fish's skeletal remains appeared eerily alive, as if it was about to swim away once again.
