Fish Scaler Pro! - (ALU-PLA Casting) To remove fish scales with ease, a method inspired by the experts of Ibizan waters. The tips are crafted from cast steel and aluminum to ensure durability and resist corrosion even when exposed to salt water. Steel pins have been arranged in alternating rows just 2mm apart to increase the surface area, allowing for more scales to be removed in a single pass. Any holes or imperfections on the mold were sealed with plasticine before casting began. When heating the mold, the PLA melted first, followed by pouring in the ALU. After the casting process was complete, a little sanding and polishing with barbed wire and drill finished off the design. Please do not use this or any other of my contributions to make money.
