...here we are adding something different to our autonomous, fully automatic food distribution machines today: a sandwich with two baked fish sticksI have to try- to create the whole construct that I need- as simply as possible- because otherwise our data will be too big...the sandwich here consists of two slices of milk bread. which are each coated on one side: in the pattern it is remoulade - something that many people know.we want to produce such sauces, tartar sauces, as firm, cut-resistant: for easy machine handling.in the sample I have the fish-typical remoulade- which not everyone likes- by the way, alaska pollock fillet was used- I also do it with cod, salt fish- i.e. dried - because of the taste tending toward the sour (it has vinegar in it), because that yes is dominant, because the fish here - tastes like nothing - that's industry today!so i spread a sauce on one side first. the label on the glass is called mixed-fruit-jam: it's not normal jam, it's made from fruit juice and goes well - not with the fish, it tastes just like the breading for nothing - so it goes with the remoulade! the "jam" consists of fruit pulp - i.e. fruit puree without solid components - therefore ideal for product developers and machine developers!unfortunately I have to try it all myself - well, yes: I also have to eat it to find out whether it's right or wrong! And then to implement it mechanically and procedurally!the sandwich is automatically filled - then divided in the middle, separated - and placed in a packaging with the cut side up and sealed!step, igs, stl
