In the second part, the skull of our otter has been given eyes, which use our camera modules to send what the artificial otter should see and wirelessly to the central computer. Now let's move on to the skull: we need a modification that does justice to the fact that the skull consists of an upper jaw and a lower jaw - of which the lower jaw is movable!First of all we want to modify the skull in such a way that we need a support for the eyes of the otter (1) and that we need a support for the connection to the spine (2).On the other hand, we also want to install a surface sonar (3) in the skull and also other components: for this, the skull must be designed to be impact-resistant, let's say.Use in large water tanks with large fish can result in the artificial fish otter receiving a violent blow, for example with the tail of the large fish!So we want to design the skull for an impact load of 5-15 kilograms: that's not a lot, but it should be enough! So I think that we should modify the skull - and insert a continuous reinforcement in the middle from the neck to the nose: thus stabilizing the skull in the longitudinal direction, enhancing it!On the other hand, we structurally introduce a lateral stiffener that makes the skull more stable laterally. With the central stiffener - a raised T-shape, we can create the connection to the spine (2) of our skull and at the same time optimally shape the positioning of the eyes (1) - as well as the positioning of the sonar module (3) and the communication board (4 ), which can pass on everything that runs in the skull and wirelessly! The construction must be designed so that the fish otters can be manufactured fully automatically by autonomous machines. So I have separated the skull here - i.e. divided it into an upper skull cover and a lower skull shape. Here we want to shape the upper skull shape, skullcap with supports and stiffeners as we need it.In the new (!!) assembly I have combined the new state with the assembly of the neck area of the spine. So it goes a little further - although the variety of current work only allows small steps: I'm doing this here together with the internal documentation - everything requires time. The next step is the shoulder, the storage of the two front legs of the fish otter....step, igs
