A four-gallon propane fish fryer, either constructed of steel or stainless steel, was designed using images of commercial fryers found online and measurements from a purchased fry basket. Despite discovering that creating a fryer would be more costly than purchasing one, the challenge of designing the appliance drove the project forward.
