I created this unique piece, featuring a stylized fish design, and captured its intricate details using my smartphone's scanning capabilities. The resulting image was unlike anything I had anticipated, yet I find the abstract three-dimensional quality of the scan to be fascinating in its own right, tangentially connected to my original concept for the sculpture.
