Fischertechnik Customizable Angle Blocks
thingiverse
You can find the latest version of this and numerous example STLs on my GitLab at https://gitlab.com/MRAAGH/angle-blocks. Angles and thickness are adjustable within the customizers. There are 7 different customizers available. If you wish to use the Thingiverse customizer, click on these links and open the customizer there: - [Angled block with 2 NOTCHES](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4339898) - [Angled block with NOTCH and KNOB](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4339906) - [Angled block with NOTCH and RAIL](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4339915) - [Two-way angled block with 2 NOTCHES](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4339922) - [Two-way angled block with NOTCH and RAIL](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4339928) - [Angled block with NOTCHES on 4 sides](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4339940) - [Angled block with 2 NOTCHES and 1 RAIL (my favorite)](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4339947) Printing these models usually works best with one wall and no infill, but if you need them to handle some load, try using two walls and 20% infill instead! To avoid headaches, print these on hot glass without a brim, without a part cooling fan, in batches of no more than 10 pieces at once, and with z-hopping enabled. I advise against the knob; you'll be better off using the "rail" models. Knob is included for those who really need it, but it's weaker and harder to print. Check out this video I made about an earlier version of these models: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d3AgOJtpFyA Notice that removing brims takes a very long time! This is why you shouldn't use brim.
