TEAM 5818 FIRST ROBOTICS POWER UP A Small But Mighty Model of Riviera Robotics' 2018 Robot, "Floptimus Prime". This 1/20 scale model is a compact representation of the real thing. Every part can be printed from PLA or ABS plastic. The arm pivot hole is designed to receive a cut section of a large paperclip. The intake floppies are made from black construction paper, but any thin material will do. Check out the dimensions in the pictures. For part locations, consult the Full Reference STL. You'll find two rectangular bars: one longer bar is for the arm end, and the shorter one is for the arm base cross member. The larger flat rectangle is optional - it serves as a support for the rear sponsor panel if you choose to include it. These are included as a PNG file and should be printed full size on 8.5 x 11 paper. Note: Diagonal supports fit only on specific sides, so make sure the flat faces are oriented correctly and sit flush before gluing. Bumpers can be left as friction-fit or glued for extra security.
