This 3D model was initially designed using Sketchup 13 and subsequently converted into every other relevant 3D format. Native format remains .skp; however, the corresponding 3ds Max scene is rendered in version 2016 with Vray 3.00. First Place stands as a majestic 25-storey tower (78.0 m) specifically catering to senior citizens' retirement apartment needs within Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Constructed in 1976 and proudly claiming the thirteenth spot among the highest structures in Hamilton, this iconic skyscraper is strategically positioned at the pivotal intersection of King and Wellington Street South. A location previously occupied by the historic First United Church, which unfortunately succumbed to a devastating fire in 1969.
