First Layer Test

First Layer Test

These models were crafted to enable users to evaluate the adhesion and quality of their first layer. Standing at 0.3mm tall, they require minimal plastic while allowing users to verify whether their bed is properly leveled or if their leveling sensor is functioning correctly. A deliberate 20mm gap exists between the model's edge and the bed's edge, ensuring clamps and other objects do not obstruct the printing process. I have uploaded several models for users to print based on their bed size. If a user's bed size does not match the available options, I invite them to leave a comment requesting a custom model. In cases where I am unavailable to generate a custom design, users can create one themselves by modifying the Bed_X and Bed_Y variables of an existing model and then exporting it: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/74818a0a723817591d5eb505/w/d45f620e406d2af899f10457/e/301d2b165907eeb45febb033
