First layer calibration
thingiverse
This is just to let you control the first layer height. Layer height is 0.20 (you can scale the part in your slicer to set it to the height you need). For the first test, it's best to set the flow to a lower level so you get no over-extrusion because over-extrusion will give you the wrong measurement. Just print the file and measure the thickness of the squares; they should be 0.20 thick if this is correct, your first layer height is correct. If not, let's say if you measure 0.28 thickness, you have to lower your Z axis 0.08 in the config or with the screws like you prefer. If you like my work, consider a small designer tip.
