In my initial project, I'm designing an injection mold. I found the mold base from PCS at http://www.pcs-company.com/viewitem/Mold-Bases/Aluminum-Standard-Mold-Bases/AL-88-24-24 for downloading. I plan to work on this using my CNC mill, but would like to ensure its viability as a mold. Kindly share your thoughts about this design; any input is greatly appreciated!
