Vacuum cleaners wheel for brush, Dreame V10, small wheel.
A model of small wheel from Dreame vacuum cleaner V10. I was printed and use - all is OK. Diametr of original is 10 mm, in my model is 10.6, inner diametr in original wheel is 3 mm, in my model - 3.6 mm, width of original wheel is 5,6 mm, i was build 6 mm. I was build little bit bigger wheel, becuase TPU filament has a shrinkage. As you can see on photo - all is OK.Before this, i was printed the same wheels on usual vacuum cleaner from Nylon filament, all is good too, but wheels start to be very loud (wheels on brush) when moving, so, i advice all to use TPU filament.I was use TPU and nozzle 0.4 mm with resolution 0.2 mm, 100% infill.
