A speedy scan of less than 1 minute on my revamped structure and iPad Air was all I needed. Then a rapid edit in mesh mixer for about 10 minutes. Finishing off with a 3-hour print at low res PLA... what a wonderful outcome! With just a bit more practice, this is bound to get even better. Next time around, direct streaming straight into Skanect will definitely make things more efficient - it does work beautifully, even if there wasn't time for an in-depth testing process today. Many thanks go out to Ralph, my brilliant colleague, who made an awesome model for me.
